When you were initially hired by Panagra you were taken on as an “Apprentice Co-Pilot” (see previous Post showing new hire letter for Jean Reahard). The next step up the ladder was “Junior-Copilot”. Here is the letter Don Butler received promoting him to Junior Co-Pilot. It was signed by Charlie Disher, Operations Manager.
